Does INFO TO GO provide electronic access to the contents of past print
and electronic issues? Yes. However, access to our
archives requires an additional fee. Check our current price list on our website. A subscription provides access to our
monthly content. Anytime during your subscription period, you may access information added during your subscription
period. For instance, if your subscription started in January and the current month is December, you could at any
time access content for any month from January to December. Upon renewal, you will be able to access information
back to the starting month of your original subscription. However, if you want access to ALL information contained
in our databases, past and present, you must purchase access to archives. Back to top of page
How current are INFO TO GO resource links?
All entries for the print edition are, naturally, verified when located and placed into our print edition template. All entries
are then re-verified as they are entered into our databases at the end of every month. As those familiar with the
Internet are well aware, resources come and go in the blink of an eye. We periodically run a URL checker program
to verify currentness of our database links. When a link is reported as unreachable, we research the link to determine
if it has been changed or has been removed from open access via the Internet. Whenever possible, we determine where
the link has been changed to and re-establish the link. Otherwise, we delete the link reference from our databases.
We also have a link on our database page after login that permits users to report any dead links directly to
us via their own email program. We appreciate any reports of dead links and will respond promptly to correct
them or to delete them. Back to top of page
How can I order INFO TO GO? Click the SUBSCRIBE button on the left

4) One can print an entire newsletter by clicking the VIEW ALL button and using a local printer to
output the listing of data. However, URLs that are attached to the titles of all entries (the blue text
that you click to be connected to the destination resource) will not be displayed in a printed copy.
5) We periodically run a URL checker against our databases to locate URLs that may no longer operate
correctly and either determine the new locations or delete them. This provides more assurance that you will not be confronted with dead links.
Even so, occasionally you may come across dead links which may be reported to us via the DEAD LINKS button on the
upper navigation bar after you log into our system. 6) In order to maximize the number of resources listed in our
print version, we tend to minimize descriptions to a great extent, trusting that the user will ascertain any level
of interest in each resource by reading the title lines placed within each category level. However, no such restrictions
apply when entering data into our databases. When the title lines are not self-explanatory, we most often add a
description to each URL. This also provides more data for our search function.
How can I determine if resources for the next month have been entered into the database?
Log into our databases page via the login box on our home page at http://www.infotogo.com/. Click the ARCHIVES link. From the dropdown box displaying the
month, select the month you wish to check. Be sure the correct year is displayed. Click the SHOW button.
If entries exist for the following month, they will be displayed. By the way, this is the same way you display
entries for any past month, but remember, an error message will be displayed if the requested month is outside
your subscription period unless you have Premium Access. Back to top of page

Does INFO TO GO provide an RSS feed? Yes. all content
topics and a short description, if available, are provided by RSS feed. Anyone can subscribe to our feed and view our
resource topics. However, only subscribers to our online edition who can supply an initial username and password will have
access to our databases where the URLs are stored. This RSS feed is in addition to subscriber access directly to our
databases by the usual login procedure from our home page. Back to top of page
If I want multi-user access but do not have a server on which to place
a link for authorized users, can I request multi-user access by common or individual user
logons and passwords? Yes. One method of acquiring multi-user access (a site license) is to place
a link to our databases on a secure page of your server so authorized persons, either locally or
remotely, can click on the link and be re-directed to our databases with no further authentication.
Another method can be used whereby you may only desire that a small number of persons have access to our databases, perhaps a
research department, for instance, instead of an entire library or school population. In such a case, you may find that
individual logons may be more appropriate than a server link. We can issue either a
common logon name and password or individual logon names and passwords so users can
access our databases from any computer that has a web browser and an Internet connection.
In other words, user logons and passwords can be requested for multi-user access (site licenses)
as well as for single-user licenses in which only one user is authorized to access our databases via a logon and a password. Back to top of page
